		Quality Management Program Simrit Xpress™ Simrit Xpress™ is the rapid prototype and production cell that is designed to be a cost effective solution for low quantity production of an almost limitless list of products. There are no mold charges on these products as they are machined on a CNC Lathe. Products can be held to extremely high tolerances. Molding issues such as knit lines, ejector pins markings and flash can be eliminated. Simrit stocks over $250,000 worth of raw material ready for immediate processing. Customers can choose from nearly 100 standard designs which include rod seals, piston seals, wipers, pneumatic seals, static seals, guide bands, back-up rings, o-rings shaft seals, swivel seals and more. 		Disogrin 7695 - Simrit Disorgrin® 7695 is a proprietary compound used for fluid power seals that is very unique. While many polyurethane seals are vulnerable to hydrolysis, or degradation by water, seals made of Disogrin® 7695 are compatible with both mineral oils and water, which makes them available for a more diverse range of applications. It is specially suited for biodegradable fluid applications common in forestry, landscaping, agriculture, marine, oilfield and water treatment.
		The major advantage of Disogrin® 7695 is that it is compatible with vegetable-based and mineral oil based hydraulic fluids as well as water. Vegetable-based hydraulic fluids, which are commonly used in environmentally sensitive applications, typically absorb more water than mineral-based fluids and have caused seal failures in fluid power equipment in the past. Seals made from Disogrin® 7695 have eliminated this problem. Disogrin® 7695 is resistant to hot water up to 250°F, making it a possible alternative to chloroprene and ethylene propylene rubbers. It is also resistant to acidic and basic solutions (pH 2-13) up to 220°F. Data sheets available on request.
